Where applicable, we process Personal Data based on one or more of the following: consent, contract performance, legitimate interests (e.g., to secure and improve our Services), legal obligations, and vital interests where necessary.

5) SMS Communications

DiffusionSMB sends SMS messages only to individuals who have affirmatively opted in to the applicable messaging program, such as by checking an optional, unchecked SMS consent checkbox on our booking form. Providing a telephone number by itself does not constitute consent to receive SMS messages. Consent to SMS messaging is voluntary, is not a condition of purchase, and is not required to book a demo or consultation. Messages may include booking confirmations, appointment reminders, rescheduling updates, and customer support communications.

Message frequency may vary depending on your interaction with us. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After you reply STOP, we may send one final confirmation message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. You may request help at any time by replying HELP or by contacting us at info@send.diffusionsmb.com.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Mobile information, including mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and messaging consent, will not be shared, sold, rented, or provided to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This exclusion does not apply to service providers acting on our behalf solely to deliver and support the messaging program.

For more information about how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information, please review this Privacy Policy.

6) Email Communications & Marketing

We may send you transactional and (where permitted) marketing emails. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the “unsubscribe” link in the message. We will continue to send essential transactional messages (e.g., receipts, service updates).

7) Cookies & Similar Technologies

We use cookies, pixels, SDKs, and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, analyze usage, and personalize content/ads. You can manage cookies in your browser settings and, where available, via our cookie banner/preferences tool. Disabling cookies may affect certain features.
